KaliSurf Web Agency (VAT IT05857820871) provides professional website design and development services. By contacting us or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Our standard offer includes:

• Custom website design (up to 6 sections/pages)
• Full development and mobile-responsive layout
• Basic SEO optimization
• Working contact form
• SSL-ready setup
• Free logo if requested
• Delivery within 48 hours of receiving your content

Domain registration and the first year of hosting are included in the $299 price. From the second year, domain renewal costs between $10 and $20 per year depending on the extension (.com, .net, .it, etc.) and the assigned provider. This renewal is handled independently by the client — we will give you full access and clear instructions so you can manage it with no hassle.

• We send you a free custom proposal within 24 hours
• You review the proposal — no payment required at this stage
• You pay $299 only if you approve the proposal and want to proceed
• We deliver the complete website within 48 hours of payment

The current price is $299 (promotional rate — subject to change). Payment is due only after you have seen and approved the design proposal.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

Because you only pay after approving the proposal, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made and development has started. If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe without prior notice, you are entitled to a full refund.

Revision requests made after delivery will be evaluated case by case. Minor adjustments (text, colors, layout tweaks) are included. Major structural changes may incur an additional fee.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business
• Supply content (text, photos, logo) in a timely manner — delays on your end extend the delivery timeline
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide
• Not use the website for illegal, harmful or deceptive purposes

Upon full payment, you own the website and all its content. KaliSurf retains the right to display the website in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise.

KaliSurf is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the delivered website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Catania, Italy.
